Work-related rewards will be bestowed upon you based on your performance and performance depends on your honesty and devotion. We all get how we approach, exhibit and commit. We are not committed to whatever we feel is right for us this is how we dupe ourselves. When we don’t oblige to the path that is right then we are just in self-deception. Most of us live in a self-illusion where we just don’t even look at how we are doing and we just inculcate habits unconsciously that are impediments and are making us not be as focused as we think. Breaking Bad habits and building new habits is a tendency that we must develop. It might be discomforting whenever you try to leave and break away from stereotypes that have been long associated with us. Habits are what we do on a regular basis. When I was studying in Swaminarayan University I had a habit of waking up late. When I realised that the most productive time of my day is getting squandered in sleeping then I changed my sleeping habits. I started waking up earlier. I saw improvement in my CGPA. Below are the points that you must make part of your life for becoming best at what you do:-

Change Habits: Habits are patterns that we get used to. When you do something then you must be investing time and energy. Habits can subvert your mental state. You can turn perverse when you have bad habits. When you are sankalpit then it will be easier for you to change your habits. If you have a habit of being uncooperative with your teachers and mentors then just follow your teachers and mentors blindfoldly. It might seem difficult but do it for 21 days then you will not have a problem following it. If you are a sadist then you must have been inflicting a pang of conscience that is a habitual offence. Changing habits will make big impact.

Change Thinking Pattern: Most talented get surrounded by mediocrities. The thoughts that surround you might be making you short-sighted and demented. Start questioning the premise upon which you are going to take decisions. Whenever you have qualms about your thoughts just write them down and examine them. That will make you more rational in your decision-making.

Consistently Put Yourself Into Situations Others Can Only Dream Of: Whenever you find yourself in a comforting position then just realise that you are in your comfort zone and your comfort zone will never make you stride in your career. The Person who is sankapit will get adjusted to the discomforting situations and this will shape you into a sturdy personality.

Stay In Love With The Process: if the process is long and painful then the reward associated with this will be bigger.

“The more you sweat in peace, the less you bleed in war.”?–?Norman Schwarzkopf

The process and the work will give you consistent success whenever you succeed without struggle you will not value the reward. Seek feedback, mentoring, and coaching these all will soothe the process.
